Age: 19

Years training: 2 years

Reasons for lifting:

I was introduced to weight lifting through my dad and now it has become an addiction, if I don’t train I feel ill, I have to train just to feel normal. Also train to improve self discipline, self confidence, and physical strength and to get as big as possible!

Heroes: Flex wheeler and Dorian Yates.

Sol Says:

Pain is weakness leaving the body!

Bodybuilding is my religion!

Sunil Singh. The next Zack Khan?

Strapping up in preparation for some heavy squats...

My camera can't handle this kind of weight!

A lot of teenagers neglect to train their legs, but not Sunil.

He knows squatting is a catalyst for growth throughout the entire body.

Sunil is HUGE in person. Sometimes photos don't tell the whole tale,       and when you're next to Sunil you sense you're in the presence of someone who is more than the average big guy.

He has incredible potential to succeed in bodybuilding at the highest level, and unlike a lot of young men with power at a young age , his attitude is friendly, humble and happy. It's nice to train beside someone who loves bodybuilding so much, without any of the negative behaviour the sport can sometimes attract. Long live old school bodybuilding! It's all about getting huge, feeling that you're amongst friends in the gym, and learning discipline, to help you with every aspect of your life. Sunil is a shining example of all of these qualities. Next time you see him in the gym, take a second to say hello and watch him do a few sets. You'll be glad you did!

This guy's structure is huge!

19 years old. This mass is rare to find on a 30 year old!
