Reasons for lifting: 

Nicknamed 'Fat Damien' as a child, Damien decided to do something about the extra weight he was carrying. At 15 he began lifting with a group of hardened weight lifters, using the old school principles of hard and heavy!

The excess fat just dropped off him and his natural athletic abilities shone through. Now Damien is known as one of the fittest, strongest and hardest training bodybuilders in his gym!

Heroes: Arnie, He-Man, Johnny Roy and Howard Swarren.

 Boxers like Damien like to use this exercise to strengthen the muscles in the neck.

 Skullcrushers are a great exercise for putting extra meat on the triceps.

 Not many people could handle this much weight on skulls...
