Nadge says: "I love training, it's my life! There's no way I could give up now!" When I asked Nadge where he gets the energy from for his 2 to 4 hour intense sessions, he said  "I get my energy from a healthy lifestyle, not drinking or smoking, eating good meals 4 or 5 times a day... Mostly though, my motivation comes from my heart. I love training!"
