Reasons for training:

To aim towards perfection, one small goal at a time. And because when I was a quiet, bullied kid I wanted to look like the action figures I played with. I'm nearly there!

Dominic says "My personality enjoys having a clear target to aim towards and achieve. Last year I did a marathon, this year a bodybuilding photoshoot... Even when I'm training I set mini goals. If I'm lifting I might say to myself  "3 more reps! Just  3 more!" Or if I'm doing sprints in the park, I mght not let myself go home until I've done 10. I always feel proud of myself once it's over, and the pain isn't remembered for long..."

I'm trying to increase my back width. I plan to compete in November so I really want my V-shape to stand out
